PROES INNOVATIONS operates the "Aktek Soğutma Yönetimi" mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our Service.

1. Data Collection and Use

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you:

• Account Information: When you register, we collect your name and email address to manage your account and device list.
• Device Data: We monitor temperature values, power status, and device online/offline status from your connected hardware to provide real-time tracking.
• Device Identifiers (FCM Token): We collect your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging token to send you critical push notifications.
• Bluetooth and Location Data: Our application requires Bluetooth access to connect and communicate with your hardware. Due to Android operating system requirements, scanning for nearby Bluetooth devices requires Location permissions. We only use Location access locally on your device to discover and connect to your cooling systems. We do not continuously track, transmit to our servers, or share your actual geographic location.

2. Notifications and Alerts

The app uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send critical alerts regarding temperature deviations and power outages. We use your device token only for the purpose of delivering these specific notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

3. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data and account.

How to Delete Your Data: You can request the complete deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at aktekelektronik@gmail.com. Upon request, your name, email, and associated device history will be permanently deleted from our active servers within 30 days.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data during transit and storage on our secure cloud servers.

5. Third-Party Services

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We may use third-party service providers (like Firebase) solely to facilitate our Service and send alerts. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on our behalf.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete that information.
